BOOT CAMP
Take advantage of the outdoors with this diverse exercise class that provides you with REAL results! This class consists of short runs, isolated muscle drills and calisthenics. Participants are individually challenged in this non-competitive class. All fitness levels welcome. Guaranteed to get an Extreme wokrout.
a.m and p.m. classes available. Minimum 10 participants: Maximum 60 participants.
Begins Tuesday, April 1st and ends Thursday, May 1st
Location: Washington Park—Meet at the Gazebo
Classes: Tuesday/Thursday 6:00 am - 7:00 am Tuesday/Thursday 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm
Cost: $65 Residents (Springfield) / $75 Non-Residents $10 Daily drop-in fee
