 Minor: Health Promotion with coursework in biomechanics, nutrition and anatomy & phisiology.
               
Amanda has been working in the health and fitness industry for four years in a variety of settings. She has been personal training for seven years and continues to stay educated in the field. Amanda leads an athletic and adventurous lifestyle. She began her active lifestyle at a very young age. She has always been interested in finding ways to make the body work in the most effiecient and effective way.

Trae Mullen

Trae has been working as a personal trainer in Springfield, IL for the past 5 years and in the fitness industry for the past 7 years.  His career as a personal trainer began in Indianapolis training athletes of all ages in improving their agility, quickness and speed.  Since moving to Springfield, he has expanded his expertise to the general public helping others become physically fit.  Trae has participated in sports since he could first walk, eventually excelling at baseball while attending school at Illinois College. He still lives an active lifestyle playing competitive softball, working out and walking his two dogs.
